Do you have any idea how long it has been since I have been up early enough and actually out and about to get breakfast from McDonalds?!?!

The amazing managers of Angie's and my apartment complex fixed our garage last night.  Well, it was Pat, but they make a team.  And Holli ding dong ditches us.  Anyway, Pat let me pick the code for the garage door and it turned out to be the same code the previous owners used backward.  For example.  If I chose 4578, they had 7845.  How weird is that?  I like Pat.

I love coming home to food.  Angie makes it.  It is good. 

Halo and I are getting along nicely.  I have reached Corporal 2 status and am continuing to advance forward.  I know.  Important.

My new schedule got bumped up a week early and now I start the 8th instead of the 15th.  Sweet to the ness.  I had my 90 day review by 2 managers and I told them i wasn't leaving the room until I had a $10,000 dollar raise.  That's right.  I was like "I don't think so.  You WILL pay me.  NOW!!!  Love me!!"  They did and Ang and I are much richer.

Sigh... So Sunday was rough for me.  I felt like I couldn't worship God or even be loved by Him.  My behavior lately towards certain subjects has been so un-Christ-like and so selfish and hateful.  I have been realizing this for the past couple of weeks, but it really accumulated Sunday morning.  I sat/stood there and cried feeling like I couldn't raise my head for shame.  I know that thinking that way was crap and completely untrue.  God loves me regardless.  So then I got ticked off for letting it get to me.  Again, sigh....

To those of you who have made it this far in my post I want to tell you to love others.  Flippin heck.  I mean come on.  That is what we're supposed to do!!!  That does not mean that we have to be best friends with them or even like them.  But there is a difference between that and showing respect and putting others first.  In the guise of "righteoussness" and "love" too many of us have pushed people away and shown contempt and hate. Myself included.  It's pathetic.  Are we Christians or not?  What the stinkin heck?

And people, if you're going to say that you want to be Christians and prove it to others, then start acting like it.  This may be wrong to say, but I feel so fed up with bs.  Prove it or shut up.

So I just spent the past 15 minutes putting thought and effort into a wonderful post.  And then the battery died and I lost everything.  Grrrrr.....  Let's see if I can remember what I wanted to tell you guys.

Exciting news!!  Starting October15th, I will be working my new hours!!  They will be 10:30-7:00pm Monday thru Friday.  This is great!  I can still stay up late and sleep in.  Also, if anyone wants to do breakfast I can still do it!!  Maybe I can join Teen Girl Squad and cheer on Dave, Zac, and Baker as they play soccer on Thursday nights.

So I have decided that I need to find another series to read.  Now that Harry Potter is done and over with, I have to find another source of reading enjoyment.  I love the Inheritance Trilogy by Christopher Paolini and I cannot wait for the 3rd and last one to come out.  (Maybe Jordan and Ang will go get that for me, considering how much they LOVED getting the last book for me and Dan).  I am rereading Eragon and Eldest now.  I really love these books.  I love reading other peoples lives and seeing how they live them out.  Cheesy I know, but I love reading.

Our apartment is coming along nicely.  The rest of our furniture FINALLY arrived.  It looks great in here.

Some of you may laugh (indeed, many of you already have) but I took 2 days off to celebrate another important day of my life.  No not my marriage, Halo 3!!!  Tuesday, September 25th (which incidentally is the day I asked Angie out 7 years ago) was a day of staying up late and enjoying some great gameplay with some great friends.  Do I regret taking the time off?  NOT AT ALL!!  It was great.

I have decided to make lists.  Right now I am making a list of my favorite songs.  Now these are not "I like this song" songs or even "I LOVE this song" songs.  These are songs that evoke memory and emotions.  They make me remember times and inspire me in my thinking.  These songs are it.
